Randy Polston

Executive Director

Randy joined the staff of Combined Community Services (CCS) in September 2019 following a 34 year career with Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) and eight years at Grace College.  Randy currently serves as a WCS Board Member.

Randy received a Master of Science in Administration and Supervision from IU Fort Wayne and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Spring Arbor College. He has served the community through the National Society for Experiential Education, United Way, Joe’s Kids, and the Morning Optimist Club.

Randy is married to Rachael Moser Polston.  They have two children, four grandchildren and one foster granddaughter. Randy and Rachael attend Warsaw Community Church.

Alyssa Lowe

Director of Development

Alyssa joined the staff of Combined Community Services (CCS) in February 2017 as Director of Development. Prior to CCS, she worked at the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce as Manager of Marketing and Communications. Currently, Alyssa serves on the Heartline Pregnancy Center, Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts Board of Directors and sits on the Committee to Commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Alyssa has traveled and done missions work in Jamaica, Mexico, England, and Ireland. She and her husband, Bryan Lowe, have three children and are very active in their church, New Life Christian Church and World Outreach.

Sabrina Phillips

Director of Self Sufficiency

Sabrina first volunteered at CCS in 2001 organizing the inaugural Turkey Lurkey 5k run.  She was hired in 2002 as a Project Independence case manager and is currently the Director of Self Sufficiency programs.  Her favorite part is giving families support, guidance and resources to meet their goals and ultimately become self-sufficient off all government programs.  Sabrina spends her free time, with her family and exploring all that God has created.  Her favorite bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 : Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

John Parker

Director of Client Assistance

John made a career change to CCS from working over a year as a direct-service provider in the mental health field. He is a Grace College graduate with a B.S. degree in Counseling and Bible. John minored in Business and enjoys the opportunity to utilize that skill set with CCS. He and his wife, Michelle, attend Leesburg Grace Brethren Church and John hopes he can be a light for Jesus in his role at CCS by meeting individuals in their time of need.

Lacey Alber

Volunteer & Intake Coordinator

Lacey Alber joined the CCS team February 2017, but has been a part of the agency since she was a child. At that time she was involved with volunteering in the food pantry and being a part of special events. She has always had a heart and passion to help others, and want to show the love of Christ as she helps make a difference in the community. Lacey is from Kosciusko County and graduated from Warsaw Community High School. She loves her husband, iced coffee and getting lost in a really good book. (In that order)

Abby Rank

Project Independence Case Manager

Abby graduated from Grace College in 2017, with a BA in Criminology, as well as a BA in Behavioral Arts, (Psychology).

“I grew up in a home that always demonstrated giving hands out to people who need them, as well as accepting hands given to us, when needed. That is part of why I work for Combined Community Services, and Project Independence.”

Abby loves to travel, try new foods, and is 100% a concert junkie. She says “this is just a little inside to the bigger picture of who I am!”

Tim Frame

Hand-Up Case Manager

Tim is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with over ten years experience in social services.

Tim has been the Youth Minister for Living Hope Ministries since 2017 and has been married for 15 years to his wife Sarah. Together they have two sons and enjoy sports, coaching, and fishing with the family.

Katie Fruit

Project Independence Case Manager

Katie joined the CCS team in January 2018 as a Hand Up case manager.  Katie moved into the position of Family Development Specialist with the Project Independence program in November 2018 and currently serves in that position.  Katie has several years of experience in the social work field with a background focusing in domestic violence and family centered home visits.

Tiffani McClanahan

Utility & Intake Liaison

Tiffani joined Combined Community Services in February 2019 as the Utility and Intake Liaison. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/Management from the University of Phoenix in 2012. One of her favorite parts of working at CCS is knowing she is making a difference in the community.

Tiffani loves spending time with her family, whether they are at the family farm, Boy Scouts or T-ball. She also loves eating birthday cake, the color purple, and listening to the Eagles.

Dane’s Family Pantry/Building & Grounds

John volunteered for several years at CCS before he was hired for our food pantry and buildings & grounds. He currently supervises Dane’s Family Pantry, takes care of our vehicle maintenance and buildings and grounds, and picks up donations for CCS. He continues to volunteer several hours each week.

Dane’s Family Pantry Assistant

Trey volunteered at CCS for over two years in our food pantry and helping out with Foodathon, various food drives and miscellaneous needs. Trey officially joined our team in January 2016 as Dane’s Family Pantry assistant.
