Randy joined the staff of Combined Community Services (CCS) in September 2019 following a 34 year career with Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) and eight years at Grace College. Randy currently serves as a WCS Board Member.
Randy received a Master of Science in Administration and Supervision from IU Fort Wayne and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Spring Arbor College. He has served the community through the National Society for Experiential Education, United Way, Joe’s Kids, and the Morning Optimist Club.
Randy is married to Rachael Moser Polston. They have two children, four grandchildren and one foster granddaughter. Randy and Rachael attend Warsaw Community Church.

Sabrina first volunteered at CCS in 2001 organizing the inaugural Turkey Lurkey 5k run. She was hired in 2002 as a Project Independence case manager and is currently the Director of Self Sufficiency programs.
Her favorite part is giving families support, guidance and resources to meet their goals and ultimately become self-sufficient off all government programs.
Sabrina spends her free time, with her family and exploring all that God has created. Her favorite bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 : Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Tim is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with over ten years experience in social services.
Tim has been the Youth Minister for Living Hope Ministries since 2017 and has been married for 15 years to his wife Sarah. Together they have two sons and enjoy sports, coaching, and fishing with the family.

Jennifer L. McKinney joined the staff of CCS in October, 2020 as Accountant. Jennifer attended IU-PU and World Harvest Bible College. In 2000 she joined the United States Army and graduated with honors in Logistics Management in 2001. While in the Army National Guard she received an early promotion, was Soldier of the Year in 2001, and received an Army Achievement Award in 2004.
A few of her accomplishments include overseeing Fortune 500 companies billing and obtained a government security clearance for high level government accounts for VIP personnel moves-(military contracts).
She has volunteered in various inner-city programs helping others. Her heart is full when ministering, especially to women that are victims of abuse. Watching God heal hearts as He loves to do, is always amazing.
She and her husband Jason have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. They spend their free time building their home with plans to foster children and help others in need.
Jennifer is so excited to join our CCS family and wanted a position where she could make a positive impact.
Project Independence Case Manager / Hand-Up Case Manager

Ami Pitt joined CCS as Project Independence Case Manager in November of 2020. She first volunteered with CCS in 1993, organizing the first CCS Christmas Toy Give Away and starting the Tools for School give away.
Ami was a single mom and through the beginnings of Project Independence she went to college and received her degree in Criminal Justice. She married David just after graduation and spent the next 20 years raising and homeschooling their children.
Empty nest has brought her into the work world as a substitute teacher for the Warsaw, Wawasee and Whitko school systems.
Ami is a CASA for Kosciusko County, a 4H leader and avid MIMI. She and David are blessed to have their children and grandchildren. Her favorite verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you be of good courage, do not be terrified, for The Lord is with you wherever you go”.

Tiffani joined Combined Community Services in February 2019 as the Utility and Intake Liaison. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/Management from the University of Phoenix in 2012.
One of her favorite parts of working at CCS is knowing she is making a difference in the community.
Tiffani loves spending time with her family, whether they are at the family farm, Boy Scouts or T-ball. She also loves eating birthday cake, the color purple, and listening to the Eagles.

Dottie joined the staff of Combined Community Services (CCS) in January 2021 as Project Independence Case Manager. Dottie graduated from Grace College with a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling and minor in Bible in 1981. Dottie has continued her counseling training attending yearly Biblical Counseling conferences.
Dottie has two licenses one in Juvenile Probation and one with Child Development Services. Prior to CCS, Dottie has served in several areas of social services including 15 years as Office Manager at Quaker Haven Camp, Resident Director at Anderson University, Juvenile Probation Officer for Madison County in Anderson. Dottie has helped develop programming and work as a Case Manager for two different Addictions Recovery placements.
Dottie is married to her life-long love, Eric going on 30 years. They attend and minister together at Calvary Baptist Church in Leesburg.
The Schang’s have one son who is in the Air Force who is married to a brilliant and amazing wife. Dottie says“they have given us two of the most adorable grandsons.”
Dottie loves proclaiming Jesus, reading & journaling, camping, riding bike and all things Coffee. Dottie is taking watercolor painting classes and learning to crochet.
Dottie does lay counseling through her personal ministry called L.I.F.E Ministries. Living It Fully Equipped using her life verse to speak truth into the lives of lost and hurting. (II Peter 1:3 – God’ s divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by His glory and goodness.”)
Dottie is thrilled to join the CCS Team ready to take on any “God Opportunities” to shine light and love.
Dane’s Family Pantry/Building & Grounds
John volunteered for several years at CCS before he was hired for our food pantry and buildings & grounds.
He currently supervises Dane’s Family Pantry, takes care of our vehicle maintenance and buildings and grounds, and picks up donations for CCS. He continues to volunteer several hours each week.
Dane’s Family Pantry Assistant
Trey volunteered at CCS for over two years in our food pantry and helping out with Foodathon, various food drives and miscellaneous needs.
Trey officially joined our team in January 2016 as Dane’s Family Pantry assistant.
